It is also noticed that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre- arrest bail by order dated 10.01.2025 and thereafter, when the matter was listed the petitioner remained unrepresented. 3. In view of the submission of the Charge Sheet this anticipatory bail application is closed and the interim order dated 10.01.2025, also stands vacated. 4.
