DATE : 31.08.2026 Vide order dated 19.08.2025 liberty was granted by this Court to move application under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Rule is already issued in the matter and there is an interim relief which continues to operate. In that background, the present applications are moved under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, has granted no objection to the said applications. The applications are, therefore, allowed in terms of the prayer clauses therein. All applications are disposed of accordingly. 3. In view of the applications being allowed, it is directed that the petitioner shall pay the arrears and all pending dues in terms of Section 17-B of the Industrial Prity 3 / 3 2.caw176.2024 Disputes Act within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the present petitions. 4.
