JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 24-07-2026 These cases arise out of the same P.S. Case i.e., Pirpanti P.S. Case No. 227 of 2022; therefore, they are being Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19582 of 2024(5) dt.24-07-2026 2/3 heard together and disposed of by a common order. 2. These applications have been filed for cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 (In Cr. Misc. No. 19582 of 2024) by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55872 of 2023 vide order dated 01.09.2023, and also for cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 (In Cr. Misc. No. 15282 of 2024) by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10814 of 2023 vide order dated 17.05.2023, in connection with Pirpainti (Bakharpur) P.S. Case No. 227 of 2022, subject to the conditions stipulated under Sections 439 and 440 of the Cr.P.C. By the aforesaid orders, the said Opposite parties were directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending or its successor court. 3. Perused the records. 4. Having considered the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have approached the same Bench, so long as it was available, for seeking cancellation of the bail granted to opposite parties or in the alternative, should have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19582 of 2024(5) dt.24-07-2026 3/3 Court. This Court cannot sit in appeal over or review the order passed by another learned Single Judge of this Court. 5.
