This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special (NDPS) Case No. 04/2026, whereby the petitioner Monjil Hussain has prayed for release on bail. 3. In this case, out of seven prosecution witnesses, only five witnesses have been examined till now. The Complaint and the Investigation Officer are to be examined. Page No.# 2/2 4. This Court is of the opinion that under the given circumstances, the bail application of the petitioner cannot be considered, because if the bail application is considered, the early disposal of the case aforementioned may not be possible. 5.
