An innocuous prayer is made in this petition to direct the Hon’ble Minister before whom the appeal of the petitioner, raising challenge to the order dated 16.4.2024, issued by the Chairman, Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur, is pending. 3. The appeal is pending before the Hon’ble Minister, Urban Development Department since 2024. More than reasonable period has already been expired and till the date, there is no decision. 4. In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served if direction is issued to the Hon’ble Minister to decide the appeal within stipulated period. 5. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with direction to the Hon’ble Minister to decide the appeal, within six weeks from the date of appearance of the parties.
