JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 22.07.2026 Heard Mr. T. Tagum, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. G. Tarak, learned Standing Counsel for the RWD, has placed on record the current status of the FDR projects involved in the present writ petition, namely, two projects under the Tezu Division and one project under the Likabali Division. A perusal of the current status of the projects reflects that the works of the two projects under the Tezu Division have been completed on 03.12.2025, while the project under the Likabali Division has been completed up to 85%. In view of the above, and as fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous. The copies of the current status reports of the FDR projects under the Tezu and Likabali Divisions are taken on record and marked as document 'X' for identification. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
