The present pe on has been filed challenging the impugned judgment dated 18.03.2024 passed by the learned Addi onal Sessions Judge, Narnaul, whereby the appeal preferred by the pe oner against the judgment dated 15.03.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Narnaul, was dismissed and respondents No. 2 to 4 were acqui=ed in the aforesaid FIR. 2. On the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the pe oner. Even today, none has appeared on her behalf. It appears the pe oner is no more interested to pursue the present pe on. 3. Given above, the present pe on stands dismissed for non-prosecu on. It is clarified that the Registry shall not entertain any applica on for restora on to the main pe on. However, liberty is reserved to the pe oner to file a fresh pe on, in case need arises. It is further clarified that the me for which the present pe on is pending before this Court shall not be counted for the purpose of limita on and the limita on will start from tomorrow, which shall have to be explained.
