It may be noticed that in paragraph No.2, only the averments/the statement of the respondent-Army Public School has been noticed but nothing has been mentioned whether the same has been accepted or not. Hence, the appellant herein will be free to prove that the stand taken by the School that all the required payments have been given as per the order passed in LPA-1021-2015 decided on 29.09.2017 are incorrect. 3.
