This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 7 by the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur, in A.B.P. No.655 of 2023 vide order dated 18.04.2023 in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.45 of 2023 registered for the offence under Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62448 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 Sections 147, 341, 323, 254(A), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for cancellation of bail of the opposite party nos.2 to 7 on the ground that after grant of bail they are tampering with the evidence and in this regard, the petitioner has already filed an application before the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur on 21.11.2023, which is still pending. 4.
