The said application was taken up by this court and by order dated 12.09.2025, the condonation application was rejected on the ground that delay Page No.# 2/2 was not satisfactorily and convincingly explained. Against the said order dated 12.09.2025, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble Supreme Court by order dated 22.05.2026, had held that the delay has been justifiably explained and by the said order had condoned the delay of 221 days in filing the connected appeal. The Hon’ble Apex Court requested the High Court by the said order to decide the appeal on its own merits in accordance with law. 3.
