Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate for the respondents. 2] In deference to the direction passed in WP(C) No.7193/2023 by order dated 15.12.2023 the respondent authorities are finally issued an order for promotion of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (C) in Scale of Pay band-4 Pay of Rs.30,000/- to Rs.1,10,000/-. 3] A copy of the order dated 24.06.2026 has been placed before this Court by Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate, which is kept tagged in the case record. 4] The submissions are not disputed by Mr. D.P.
