(hereinafter, ‘Society’) seeking clarification of paragraph 23 of the final order dated 19th March, 2026. 3. The relevant paragraph 23 of final order dated 19th March, 2026 is set out below: “23. Accordingly, the Rule 90 Committee’s decision dated 27th October, 2023 is set aside. The possession of the vacant flat in the society shall be handed over to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.” 4.
