Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate Forum for a declaration that the name of Fazal Hoque has been wrongly mentioned in the DISE Data since 2006-07 and 2015-18 in place of the petitioner namely Fazlul Hoque Mondal, who has been serving as Assistant Teacher in the Jorshimuly Purana Kuchia MEM. 2. Mr. G. Pegu, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department and Mr. P. Nayak, learned Standing Counsel, SSA are present. 3. Having considered the claim of the petitioner to the effect that one Fazal Hoque has been wrongly entered in the DISE Data in place of the petitioner namely, Fazlul Hoque Mondal since 2006-07 to 2015-2018, this Court is loath to decide the claim while exercising the writ jurisdiction, and thus, prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate Forum is accepted. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed with liberty as prayed for. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again as may be advised. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
