Page No.# 2/2 B E F O R E HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MICHAEL ZOTHANKHUMA HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 09.06.2026 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Mr. A.R. Malhotra, learned counsel for the writ appeal submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ appeal, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging Rule 13 of the Revision of Pay Rules, 2010. Mr. Samuel Vanlalhriata Chhangte, learned Addl. AG submits that he has got no objection to the prayer made by the appellant’s counsel. Keeping in view the fact that, Rule 13 of the 2010 Rules had not been put to challenge by the appellants in WP(C) 89/2023 or in the present appeal, we do not find any infirmity in the prayer made by the appellant’s counsel. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty given as prayed for, as per law.
