The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since there are some developments after filing of the instant Interlocutory Application, namely at the time of filing the instant Interlocutory Application no execution case was pending, however, the respondents have instituted an execution case for execution of the decree impugned in the connected Regular Second Appeal. 3. She submits that therefore, the applicants have filed another Interlocutory Application, namely, I.A.(Civil)/1845/2026 and in view of the said, the applicants no longer need to pursue the instant Page No.# 4/4 Interlocutory Application and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same. 4.
