After some arguments, Mr. Ashutosh Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to move the Sessions Court after all independent witnesses have been examined. 2. Mr. Bhardwaj also seeks a direction for expeditious trial. As far as this aspect is concerned, Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the prosecution will cooperate in the expeditious conclusion of the proceedings. The Trial Court is requested to consider the request at its own convenience having regard to the pendency and age of the matters pending before it. 3.
