Neither the counsel for the petitioner is present nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed rebutting the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the opposite parties. Hence, this Court is satisfied that the judgment of this Court dated 12.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 4477 of 2023 has stood complied with. 2.
