The reasons for the delay have been stated at paragraphs 8, 9 and 10 of the instant Interlocutory Application, which I have perused. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the State has no objection. Having regard to the above, this Court is of the view that the applicant has given sufficient cause which prevented the applicant in preferring the connected appeal.
