Learned Counsel for the parties, at the outset, state that the present disputes are governed by Soybean Processors Association of India (SOPA), having its Headquarter at Indore. Learned Counsel for the parties state that the SOPA has already forwarded the panel of the Arbitrators to the parties. The parties have chosen one Arbitrator each from the panel and that SOPA will further appoint the third presiding umpire arbitrator in accordance with its rule.
