The petitioner was duly admitted in three years course of Bachelors in Science, Physics Honours in Academic Sessions 2017-2020 in the College of Langat Singh College, Muzaffarpur in Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, as a regular student. 3. It is submitted that after completion of the Part-I of the three years B.Sc. Physics Honours course, the petitioner appeared in the examination, which was held in the month of Patna High Court CWJC No.5189 of 2024 dt.14-07-2026 2/3 March 2019, with the Registration No. 7061 of 2017 and Roll No. 181439. Since in one of the subsidiary and honours subjects, the petitioner did not qualify, and thus he was conditionally promoted to Part-II of the three years B.Sc.The petitioner attended the Part-II in the academic session 2018- 2019, and after completion of course, filled up the form and appeared in the examination, where he successfully passed in all the papers and accordingly declared pass and promoted and admitted in Part-III. Since the petitioner had failed in Physics Honours paper as also in the second subsidiary subject of Chemistry of Part-I examination held in the month of March 2019, so both were carried on to be passed in subsequent examination, and finally the petitioner passed the same in the year 2021, whereupon the respondent University issued mark- sheet and provisional result in favor of the petitioner. 4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner adverting to the facts narrated in the writ petition, submitted that once the University has allowed the petitioner to appear in all the examinations and issued mark-sheets and provisional result upon being qualified in the examination, there is no reason or occasion for the University to withhold the final result of the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the University prays for a short adjournment to seek instructions and apprise this Court with regard to the present position. 6. Considering the fact that the petitioner had already passed three years of B.Sc. Physics Honours for the academic sessions 2017-2020 and mark-sheets of all the Part-I, Part-II, and Part-III examinations have been published, besides provisional result, this Court doesn't find any reason or occasion to keep the matter pending; accordingly deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to publish the final result of the petitioner and issue certificate, preferably within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if there is no impediment otherwise comes into the way of the petitioner in publication of the final result and issuance of certificate. 7.
