The claimant, namely, Sudesh Sharma, is personally present before the Lok Adalat along with the engaged counsel. Page No.# 2/2 4. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonitpur had awarded an amount of Rs. 1,46,545/- to the claimant along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum. The parties have agreed to arrive at an additional amount of Rs.2,75,000/- in addition to what has been paid to the claimant. 5. The said amount shall be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant within 45 days from the date of this order. 6.
