No affidavit taking exception to the affidavit filed by the Webel Technology Limited has been filed in the meantime. 2. In absence of any affidavit taking exception to the affidavit filed by Webel for which the leave was granted, we agree with the explanation offered by the Webel in preparing the merit list based on the Aadhaar Number. 3. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The appeal and the applications stand dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.
