In pursuance of the order dated 22 June 2026, as further extended by the order dated 01 July 2026, the State Government has decided the petitioner's application dated 30 March 2016 under Section 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and other Manual Workers Act, 1969. As the said application has now been decided against the petitioner and no execution has been granted, the petitioner has assailed the said order passed by the State Government by approaching this Court. The said proceedings are pending adjudication before the learned Single Judge. In this view of the matter, further adjudication of this petition is not called for. 2. All contentions of the parties in the pending proceedings are expressly kept open.. 3. The petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs. 4.
