JUSTICE JASMEET SINGH O R D E R % 25.03.2026 1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers: “A. Issuance of a Writ, order or direction in the nature of a mandamus or any other appropriate writ quashing the mail of 18.02.2022, mail of 14.03.2022 and quashing impugned letter dated 22.03.2022 bearing Reference No.CDSL/OPS/BO/2021- 22; And B. Pass any such other writ or order(s) directing the BSE, CDSL & Groww Invest Tech Private Limited to immediately defreeze the demat accounts of the petitioners urgently with immediate effects. And C. Pass any such other writ or order(s) directing the performa parties to take necessary actions to remove the name of petitioners from all other listed companies or other listed This is a digitally signed order. Admittedly, the prayer B of the petitioner has been granted and the Demat account of the petitioner admittedly stands defreezed. 3. Since Prayer B has been allowed, the prayer A i.e. quashing of emails dated 18.02.2022 and 14.03.2022 and quashing impugned letter dated 22.03.2022 directing freezing of the account also becomes infructuous. 4. As regards prayer C is concerned, the same is regarding private respondents and hence the petition against private respondents shall not lie before this Court in writ jurisdiction. 5. As regards the mental, emotional and psychological harassment is concerned, the petitioner has already filed civil suit seeking compensation. 6.
