At the outset, the parties have submitted that the matter was referred for mediation and during the course of the proceeding, the parties have come to an amicable settlement. In other words, the petitioner has accepted the post of ‘Ayah’ and that he has already joined the said post on 21.04.2026 as submitted by Mr. L. Chawngthu, learned counsel for the petitioner. In support of his submission, learned counsel has produced the office order dated 20.04.2026 by which the petitioner was appointed to the said post. 3. The attention of this Court has also been drawn to the mediation order-sheet dated 30.04.2026, wherein it has been recorded that parties have come to an amicable settlement as projected hereinabove. 4. In view of above, the writ petition stands closed. 5. The office order dated 20.04.2026, produced by Mr. L.
