Learned senior counsel for the petitioner without adverting to the merits involved, submits that since much water has flown since the passing of the impugned order dated 10.11.2023, in fact, the three years of scholarship for her pursuing the Phd in pharmacology has since come to an end, thus, considering the aforesaid change in circumstances, the learned senior counsel fairly submits that considering the present involves a matrimonial issue, it would be in the interest of the parties as also the child involved if the learned Trial Court is called upon to hear the parties and adjudicate the aforesaid application in a time bound manner. 2. As such, especially since the present proceedings are also involving a child, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned Trial Court is requested to hear the parties and make a sincere effort to conclude This is a digitally signed order.
