For plaintiff THE COURT: In a suit for eviction, arrears of rent and mesne profit, the plaintiff and the sole defendant has arrived at an out of court settlement, the terms whereof is recorded in a Terms of Settlement. The Terms of Settlement is signed by the plaintiff and the sole defendant and there respective advocates on 21st May, 2026. The original copy of the Terms of Settlement placed before the Court is taken on record. On a conjoint reading of clauses 6 and 12, it appears that the defendant has given an undertaking to vacate and hand over khas possession of the suit property to the plaintiff immediately upon expiry of the license period which will come to an end on 31st March, 2027. On a perusal of the terms, it is apparent that the compromise is lawful. 2 Let a decree be passed on the basis of the Terms of Settlement by making the same as part of the decree. Let the decree be drawn up expeditiously. The suit and all connected applications are accordingly disposed of. Interim order, if any, including Receiver/Special Officer, appointed in the matter shall stand vacated and/or discharged. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) Sb/
