This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Patna in Special Case (POCSO) No. 61 of 2016, arising out of Khajekala P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016. 3. Vide order dated 01.05.2026, a report regarding present status of case was called for and the same was sent vide Letter No. 81/2026 dated 30.06.2026 by the learned Trial Court.
