Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Ms. Tinlung, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1; and Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Advocate General, Assam representing the Health Department. 2. This Court vide its Order dated 27.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) no. 5036/2024 directed the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Superintendent of Gauhati Medical College Hospital, Guwahati to constitute a Medical Board to examine the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is eligible to be issued a Disability Certificate, the same be issued. 3. Mr. Gogoi, learned Additional Advocate General, Assam representing the Health Department has submitted that the Medical Board has been constituted and the petitioner has already been examined. He submits that a report of the Medical Board has already been forwarded to the Joint Director of Health Services, Darrang, Mangaldai who is the competent authority to issue the certificate and accordingly, the same will be issued in a short time. He submits that, therefore, the Order that has been passed in W.P.(C) no. 5036/2024 on 27.09.2024 has been duly complied with. 4. In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Gogoi submits that nothing survives in the matter and the matter can be disposed of, to which the learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant Contempt Case (C) no. 697/2024 is Page No.# 3/3 disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Joint Director of Health Services, Darrang, Mangaldai for receiving the copy of the certificate. 6.
