He submits that the name of petitioner No.2 has been substituted in place of petitioner No.1 in the waiting list of candidates seeking appointment on compassionate grounds. The communications issued by respondent No.3 in that regard dated 02.08.2024, 10.12.2024 and communication issued by the Collector, Yavatmal dated 09.09.2025, are taken on record and marked as Exhibit “X” for identification. 2.
