1. The present Application has been jointly filed by the parties for the disposal of the Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in terms of the Arbitral Award dated 03.09.2025 [“Award”] that has been passed in view of the settlement reached between the parties.
2. The copy of the said Arbitral Award is annexed with the present application as Document No. 1 dated 03.09.2025.
3. It is noticed that the Memorandum of Settlement dated 24.06.2025, as between the parties and on the basis of which the consent Award came to be passed, has not been placed on record by the parties.
4. Nonetheless, the parties are represented by their respective learned counsels, and Mr. Birbal Goswami, Petitioner, Mr. Ujjwal This is a digitally signed order.
