In that view of the matter, taking into account the copy of the order which is placed before the Court reinstating the writ petitioner, as also the submissions made by Mr. D. Nath, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent. Mr. M. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner has also submits that the copy of the reinstatement order has been served.
