Kadam, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on a premise that an alternate remedy in the form of a statutory appeal is available. 2. In that view of the matter, permission is granted. 3. The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, i.e., the appellate authority, is directed to take into consideration the fact that the present petition was pending before this Court till today, while considering the application for condonation of delay, if any, filed by the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner points me out that, by way of ad-interim relief, his possession was protected. The said ad- interim order is extended till 31.08.2026. 5.
