This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 21.06.2024 passed by learned Single Bench in WP.No.35460 of 2022 whereby it has been held that there is no justification for introduction of common and uniform question paper for elementary students in the entire State, therefore, procedure of conducting the same was held to be incorrect.

Learned counsel for appellants, while referring to written instructions dated 04.08.2026 submits that present appeal is rendered infructuous in view of subsequent stand of the State to the effect that as of now there is no insistence on management of private unaided institutions to follow the same or to pay examination fee to District Common Examination Boards and that it will be voluntary on private unaided managements to follow the pattern though the curriculum followed shall be as prescribed by SCERT.
3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for appellants, proceedings in this appeal are accordingly closed. No costs. Pending application(s) if any stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
