Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.03.2026, Ms. Basar has produced the compliance report and she submits that the petitioner has already received the amount and the money receipt is enclosed with the instruction, Page No.# 3/3 which she has received from the Executive Engineer, Department of Urban Affairs, Roing. Mr. Mow, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in that view of the matter, this petition may be closed; as the prayer being made in this writ petition has already been complied with. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, this writ petition stands closed.
