Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the opening and continuation of the rowdy sheet/history sheet/suspect sheet against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner is facing only one criminal case and police are repeatedly calling the petitioner to police station. 5. He further submits that petitioner has already been granted bail by the competent Court in the said case. Despite the same, the police are repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any lawful cause or justification. 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking note of the purport of the 2 order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.A.No.674 of 2022, this Court is inclined to pass the following interim order: “The respondents-Police are hereby directed not to call or summon the petitioner to the Police Station, without any legal cause.” 7.
