Learned counsel for respondents had pointed out that operations as on today are being carried out in complete compliance of applicable rules 2 HCJ & CGR, J WP(PIL)_106_2024 and norms. It is further stated that exemption from setting up the conveyor belt has been afforded by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change on 25.01.2026; thus it is reiterated that operations are being carried out in complete compliance of applicable provisions. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners does not deny the same and states that proceedings may thus be closed. 4. Ordered accordingly. No costs.
