Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, after attempting to argue the matter at some length, submits that in view of the subsequent developments taking place in the matter, the petitioner would be required to assail the same by filing an appropriate application before the competent Court of Civil jurisdiction and accordingly, prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the competent Court of Civil jurisdiction for redressal of his grievances. Prayer is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.
