Sarma, Former Judge of the Gauhati High Court, who was appointed as a Prospective Arbitrator has filed his written declaration dated 20.02.2026, expressing no difficulty or handicap in acting as a Sole Arbitrator to decide and arbitrate on the dispute arisen between the parties. In view of the said written declaration dated 20.02.2026 which is available in the case records, Hon’ble Mr. Justice H. N. Sarma, Former Judge of the Gauhati High Court is appointed as “Sole Arbitrator” to decide and arbitrate on the disputes arisen by and between the parties in connection with the contract pertaining to provision of accommodation for certain units at Likabali, Assam under CCE (Army) No. 1, Dinjan. Registry will communicate a copy of this order to Hon’ble Mr. Justice H. N. Sarma, Former Judge of the Gauhati High Court as also the parties.
