The 5th respondent/father has filed O.P.No.445 of 2020 before the High Court of Judicature at Madras, which ultimately ended in terms of the joint memo of compromise, and accordingly, the O.P. was disposed of on 15.12.2022. 3. Subsequently, raising a further grievance, certain applications came to be filed vide A.Nos.471 and 472 of 2024 in the very same O.P., which were also decided vide order dated 27.02.2024. 4. A copy of the order dated 27.02.2024 has been placed before us by both sides, which discloses that the minor girl was not inclined to go to the mother's place in Andhra Pradesh. The Madras High Court, having regard to the welfare and best interests of the child, issued certain directions and made appropriate arrangements in respect of her welfare. 5. Sri Ragi Anjaneyulu, learned counsel representing Sri Venkata Mohana Rao Pathakota, learned counsel for the petitioner, having regard to the aforesaid proceedings and the orders passed by the Madras High Court, submits that no cause survives in the present writ petition and that the same has been rendered infructuous. 4 (RNT,J & PKC,J WP.NO.2304 OF 2024) 6. Recording the submissions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
