Said complaint has been filed complaining of incorrect revenue entries being made by authorities. 2. Learned Lokayukta, vide order dated 22.11.2023, directed Tahsildar, Holagunda Mandal to rectify the mistake in revenue entries online, as the complainant is in actual possession and enjoyment of Ac.3-88 cents, in order to maintain Status Quo Ante i.e., before entering Ac.0-89 cents online in the 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.P.No.15703 of 2024 name of others who are not in possession of land. He was directed to submit a report. 3. It is a matter of record that O.S.No.121 of 2023 in respect of this property is pending between parties before learned Junior Civil Judge, Alur. It is in the facts and circumstances, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 is unable to deny that complaint as filed before learned Lokayuktha is not entertainable. The said proceedings are, thus, set aside. Parties are at liberty to raise all available pleas before learned Junior Civil Judge, Alur and avail any other remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law. 4. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
