Page No.# 2/2 Mr. Dutta, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that some new developments have taken place after filing of the present proceeding, and under such circumstances, he submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition granting him liberty to raise the issues being raised in this petition before the learned trial Court by filing appropriate petition. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of Mr. Dutta, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the issues, that have been raised before this Court in this petition, before the learned trial Court by filing appropriate petition. In the event of such petition being filed before the learned trial Court, the learned trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law.
