GP FOR ROADS BUILDINGS The Court made the following: ORDER The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in not releasing the bill amount of Rs.1,26,91,792/- for the works executed by the petitioner. RC,J W.P.No.30622 of 2024 3 2. Heard Sri Petluri Nagaraju, learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri C.Praveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on counter, submitted that the authorities have admitted the net amount due to the petitioner at Rs.1,14,42,674/- and sought six (06) months time for payment. 4. Sri Petluri Nagaraju, learned counsel for petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount stated in the counter and also for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities concerned to pay to the petitioner the amount of Rs.1,14,42,674/- to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate not later than six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
