Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam is present. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Jabir Hussain Laskar, apprehending arrest in connection with Lakhipur P.S. Case No. 177/2024 registered u/s 126(2)/118(2)/304(2)/324(2) of BNS. Page No.# 2/2 3. The case was registered based on an FIR dated 14.11.2024 lodged by the brother of the alleged victim girl with the allegation that the accused person assaulted him with grievous injury also snatched away his Rs. 5 lakhs. 4. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 13.12.2024 itself and the bail petition has been pending since then. Despite several directions, the case diary was not produced and today wireless intimation was received by the prosecution that upon completion of investigation, the case has been charge-sheeted vide CS No. 22/2028 dated 28.02.2025. 5. In view of completion of investigation and the fact that the bail petition has been pending for such a long time, the interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order dated 13.12.2024 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner- (i) shall be available for the trial; (ii) shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. (iii) shall not intimate or harm the informant. Violation of any of the conditions entails cancellation of bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application stands allowed and disposed of. 7.
