To issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing or commending to the respondent to issue a rent receipt only to genuine Land holder. ii. To issue an appropriate Writ/Writs to the respondent to take action against forge and fabrited person, whole intention only to created litigation. iii. To issue a Writ/Writs, Order/Orders, direction/directions to the Patna High Court CWJC No.8395 of 2024(2) dt.04-05-2026 2/2 respondent as required in the fact and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Collector, Patna be simply directed to dispose of his representation. 4. Learned State counsel submit that the said letter issued by the Revenue and Land Reform Department is dated 15.02.2023 and as such it is important that the petitioner file a fresh representation. 5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to act in line with the letter no. 407 dated 15.02.2023 issued by the Revenue and Land Reform Department, Patna, Bihar before the Collector, Patna who shall be taking up the matter after noticing/hearing the parties to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. atul/- (Rajiv Roy, J) U
