Sri C.Praveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for R&B, submitted that the amount claimed in this writ petition has duly been paid to the petitioner. 3. In view of the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition and the same can be closed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner feels that cause in this writ petition still survives, he can make an appropriate application within two (02) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
