Application under Order XLI Rule 19 read with Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the Appellant for restoration of the Appeal, which was dismissed in default on 10.02.2026. 2. Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 appears on advance Notice. 3. It is submitted that only Order dated 08.01.2024 passed by Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) 35170/2023 titled as Government of NCT of Delhi & Anr. vs. Ranbir Singh has to be brought on record and therefore, Order dated 10.02.2026 be set aside. 4. A copy of this Order dated 08.01.2024 has been handed over by learned counsel for the Appellant in the Court, which is taken on record. This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appeal may be disposed of in terms of Order dated 08.01.2024 passed by Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) 35170/2023 titled as Government of NCT of Delhi & Anr. vs. Ranbir Singh, wherein liberty has been granted to the Petitioners to formulate a Scheme, which would be non-discriminatory with regard to all consumers, who have dues vis.-a-vis. the Petitioner Company and which could be in the form of one time settlement for recovery of dues, in accordance with law. 8.
