The Court: The parties have settled the disputes involved in the instant suit. The terms on which the settlement has been arrived at is recorded in a document titled as “Terms of Settlement” which is dated 28th February, 2026 and has been signed by the plaintiff and the defendant and their respective advocates. The cheque which was issued for the purpose of settlement as recorded in the order dated 2nd March, 2026 has been duly encashed and the money realised therefrom has been appropriated by the plaintiff towards full and final settlement of his claim in the suit. The terms of settlement dated 28th February, 2026 which was stamped and punched on 2nd March, 2026 is already on record on having been filed on 2nd March, 2026. The terms

contained in the said Terms of Settlement prima facie appears to be lawful. By consent of the parties, the suit is treated as on the day’s list and is,
decreed on compromise in terms of the Terms of Settlement dated 28th February, 2026. The said Terms of Settlement dated 28th February, 2026 be made part of the decree. The suit and the connected applications therefore stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, in the pending applications stands vacated. The decree be drawn up as expeditiously as possible.
