THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 4728/2024 ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14261 of 2024. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that pending the contempt case, the petitioner himself permitted/consented for recovery of the excess amount paid by the respondents. In view of the consent given by the petitioner, interim order of this Court becomes infructuous, since excess amount was already recovered by the respondents with the consent of the petitioner. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the same. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed. ________________________________ VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA, J 22.06.2026 TTPPSS//BBSSPP Whether the order is: Speaking Reasoned Reportable Non-reportable
