Learned Counsel for the award-holder submits that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled pursuant to the settlement agreement dated 30.12.2025 and in view thereof prays for disposal of the present petition in terms of the said settlement. Learned Counsel for the award-debtor states that he has no objection to the present application. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition and the application being GA/1/2026 stand disposed of in terms of 2 the settlement agreement dated 30.12.2025 which shall be binding upon both the parties.
